1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Sirius platform you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, you may not bid, consign, or purchase.

2. Bidding & Binding Sales

Every confirmed bid is a legally binding offer. Winning bids result in a binding sales contract subject to our published buyer's premium.

3. Consignment Agreement

Consignors warrant clear, undisputed title to all consigned property. Settlement occurs within 30 days of the auction close, less applicable commissions and fees.

4. Privacy of Buyer & Seller Identity

All bidder and consignor identities are held in strict confidence. We never publish, share, or sell client information.

5. Data Collection

We collect account information, bid history, and shipping addresses to operate the platform. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to improve catalog browsing. You may opt out of analytics in your account preferences.

7. Shipping & Insurance

All lots ship fully insured. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signature confirmation.

8. Returns & Disputes

Auction sales are final. Authenticity disputes must be raised within 30 days with third-party documentation. Direct-purchase supply items follow our 30-day return policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes resolved in Suffolk County courts.
